Note: These timelines rely heavily on asset delivery. If there are delays in receiving feedback, brand assets, images, or copy, the launch timeline will naturally push back as well.

We can handle the entire technical setup for you. Most of our clients prefer not to be burdened with configuring servers, DNS settings, and SSL certificates, so we offer a full-service setup.

If you already have your own hosting setup and prefer to manage it yourself, you are completely free to do so. But if you know nothing about servers? Don’t worry, you won’t need to learn!

 

For our standard web design packages, you provide the assets: final written copy and images, while we focus 100% on design and technical development.

However, if you want a completely hands-off experience, we offer strategic website copywriting as a separate service.

 

We strongly recommend providing authentic, high-resolution photos of your actual team, products, or physical space, as real photos build immense trust with customers.

If you don’t have these available, please let us know during our initial chat, and we can assist in sourcing high-quality, professional stock media that fits your brand aesthetic.

 

Ownership, Platform & Editing FAQs

We love WordPress because it powers over 40% of the internet, making it the most flexible and scalable platform in the world. Crucially, it is entirely open-source. This means you are never trapped, your website is 100% portable, and any standard web developer globally can jump in and manage it.

 

Template builders like Wix and Squarespace are excellent tools if you have the spare time to learn them and just need a basic online brochure fast. However, businesses frequently outgrow them within 12 to 18 months. When you need advanced SEO features, e-commerce flexibility, or unique lead generation tools, these platforms lock you into rigid structures. Moving away usually means a total rebuild from scratch, rather than an upgrade.

Yes, we provide a 1-month complimentary warranty period post-launch. During these 30 days, we are fully available to fix any unexpected technical bugs, broken forms, or minor typos. Please note that this post-launch warranty strictly covers technical functionality and existing layouts; it does not include building new pages or designing new sections.

 

If you choose our SGD $99/month Web Care Plan, we handle all of this behind the scenes automatically. If you choose to manage the site entirely on your own but run into an emergency technical issue down the road, you can hire us to investigate and resolve it at our standard ad-hoc support rate of SGD $99/hour.

 

100%. We do not believe in holding proprietary code or digital assets hostage. You legally own every ounce of your website. If you ever decide to maintain it internally or move to a different agency in the future, we will fully hand over all master administrator credentials and assist with a clean, seamless transfer.
